Mushroom, Spinach and Caramelised Onion Pizza


Featuring: Lisa’s Feta & Caramelised Onion dip
Serves: 4 people

  • 2 fresh or frozen pizza bases
  • 1 tub Lisa’s Feta & Caramelised Onion dip
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 12 button mushrooms (washed & thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 Tbl Urban Chef caramelised onion relish
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • canola oil spray in a can


  1. Pre heat oven to 220ᵒc and place a dry baking tray into the oven to heat
  2. Start laying your pizza base by spreading the dip evenly around to cover the base
  3. Lay cheese on next and again spread evenly to cover
  4. Now arrange thinly sliced button mushrooms, spinach, caramelised onion relish and seasoning
  5. Spray the heated tray with a small amount of spray oil and lay pizza on top (the oil helps to gently fry the base rather than been dry)
  6. Cook until the base is crispy, the filling is hot and the cheese is melted
