Mini Falafel Burgers with Spinach Feta dip and Rocket


Featuring: Lisa’s Beetroot Hummus with Roasted Cashews, Lisa’s Falafel Mix, Lisa’s Feta & Baby Spinach dip.
Serves: 4 people

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 8 heaped tablespoons Lisa’s Falafel mix
  • 8 Mini burger buns or sliders
  • ½ tub Lisa’s Beetroot Hummus with Roasted Cashews
  • ½ cup of rocket leaves
  • ½ tub Lisa’s Feta & Baby Spinach dip
  • Salt & pepper
  • Bench top deep fryer at 180ᵒC or a frying pan using canola oil on medium heat


  1. Shape falafel mix into burger patties about 1cm high
  2. Using either cooking method above fry off falafel until a golden and crispy exterior is achieved
  3. Cut burger buns / sliders in half
  4. From the bottom up start with layering beetroot hummus, falafel, rocket and finish with Feta & Spinach dip
  5. Place onto a platter for shared eating
