Sundried Tomato Pizza with Avocado


This is an easy summer meal that can be produced in a flash – try using pita bread as a base instead.


Spread pizza base with hummus and sprinkle with olives and cherry tomatoes. Top with cheese and bake in a moderate oven, 180°C for 20 minutes or until crust is crisp and golden brown.


  • 1 prepared pizza base
  • ½ c LISA’S Sundried Tomato Hummus
  • ½ c sliced olives
  • ½ c cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ c mozzarella, shredded
  • ½ c fresh basil leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
