Mushroom, Spinach and Caramelised Onion Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 fresh or frozen pizza bases
- 1 tub Lisa’s Feta & Caramelised Onion dip
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
- 12 button mushrooms (washed & thinly sliced)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 Tbl Urban Chef caramelised onion relish
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- canola oil spray in a can
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 220ᵒc and place a dry baking tray into the oven to heat
- Start laying your pizza base by spreading the dip evenly around to cover the base
- Lay cheese on next and again spread evenly to cover
- Now arrange thinly sliced button mushrooms, spinach, caramelised onion relish and seasoning
- Spray the heated tray with a small amount of spray oil and lay pizza on top (the oil helps to gently fry the base rather than been dry)
- Cook until the base is crispy, the filling is hot and the cheese is melted
