1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents. The following categories are ineligible from this promotion: Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Personal details of entrants will remain completely confidential.
4. To enter this promotion you must fill in 4 closing digits off specially marked Lisa's product purchased in-store. You may only enter once per product purchased.
5. Promotion commences 18th January 2010 and closes midnight 7th February 2010. The draw will take place at Lisa's Healthy Foods, Waipareira Ave, Henderson on 8th February 2010.
6. The winner will be notified by email on 8th February 2010.
7. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
9. No liability accepted for technical difficulties in entering the competition.
10. First prize is valued at $450, plus 50 prizes x $30 each.
11. First prize is a private screening of the movie 'Valentine's Day'- in cinemas on 11.02.2010, plus 50 x double passes to the movie.
12. The prizes are awarded by Roadshow Film Distributors. No responsibility is taken for any variation in the value of the prize.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
