Chunky
Thai Coriander with Ginger & Lime
We've always prided ourselves on making the best hummus there is. But with our chunky hummus we surprised ourselves. The thing is that mostly, when you serve hummus you serve it with other accompaniments. This hummus doesn't need anything else. It is loaded with chunky bites of nuts, chick peas and it leaves a real zingy lemony aftertaste.
Serving Idea
Perfect as a snack meal on its own. Douse baked potatoes with scoops of this chunky hummus.
To add a little more exotic and authentic taste sprinkle with a touch of paprika.
If you have the patience lop the tops of cherry tomatoes and fill the empty cavity with hummus - looks like you've gone to a lot of trouble and in a way you have.
Or toast some sourdough in the oven with a touch of garlic and olive oil and spread hummus once they're nice and crispy.
