Sundried Tomato Pizza with Avocado

This is an easy summer meal that can be produced in a flash - try using pita bread as a base instead.

Method
Spread pizza base with hummus and sprinkle with olives and cherry tomatoes. Top with cheese and bake in a moderate oven, 180°C for 20 minutes or until crust is crisp and golden brown.

Ingredients

1 prepared pizza base
½ c LISA'S Sundried Tomato Hummus
½ c sliced olives
½ c cherry tomatoes, halved
½ c mozzarella, shredded
½ c fresh basil leaves
1 avocado, sliced
