LISA'S Felafel Wraps
Vary the dips you serve with these easy wraps - try LISA'S Feta and Garlic Dip for a stronger flavour.
Method
To make falafels, place chickpeas in a food processor and process until roughly chopped. Place chopped chickpeas in a bowl with remaining felafel ingredients, except oil. Mix well. Form tablespoons of mixture into patties. Heat oil in a frypan and cook patties until golden. Spread hummus thickly on bread and place 3 falafels topped with lettuce, tomato and red onion in the centre, drizzle with LISA'S Yoghurt Dip and roll up.
Ingredients
Felafel mix
425 can chickpeas
1 onion, grated
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch chilli powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp salt
½ c wholemeal flour to coat
3 tbsp olive oil
1 pottle LISA'S Original Hummus
1 pottle LISA's Yoghurt Dip
6 pieces Persian flat bread
6 lettuce leaves
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, finely sliced
